Waterfowl Forever is a 100% waterfowl exclusive taxidermy studio in Alberta.  

We pride ourselves on quality waterfowl mounts including Ducks, Geese & Sandhill Cranes.  (We are also huge fans of Cormorants – so bring ‘em on in!)

As avid waterfowlers ourselves, we understand how appealing it can be to want to mount a LOT of different birds over the course of a hunting career.  Alberta has a diverse variety of waterfowl species to hunt, and fortunately a decent number of birds can be successfully taken here with good looking plumage at various times of the year.  So we completely understand when a client wants to mount “one of everything” and continues to pursue new species in new destinations. 

As a 100% waterfowl focused studio – we are constantly working on new ways to make our mounts look even better and deliver them to our clients more efficiently.  With efficient business practices we are able to offer quicker turnaround times and more affordable prices than many taxidermists in the province.   

So hopefully we can take some of the stress out of tough decisions in the field – wondering if you should mount that bird or not...  (Of course you should!  Don’t be ridiculous!)

  • Standard Base

  • Turnaround Time (Maximum 6-12 Months)

*** Deposits required when birds are dropped off.  No exceptions!    

***  $500 +GST deposits are required for each bird.  Deposits are non-refundable.  

*** Very Important:  Birds cannot be dropped off without 100% of the required documentation needed by Alberta Fish & Wildlife.  This includes WIN number, Wildlife Certificate, Game Bird License and Federal Migratory Permits.   We cannot hold birds without all required documentation.   No exceptions.

Payments accepted include Cash, Visa, Mastercard or E-transfer.

FREE BIRD PICKUPS – ALL ACROSS ALBERTA!

For convenience - Waterfowl Forever is pleased to offer FREE BIRD PICKUPS throughout most major cities in Alberta.

Later in the season (mid to late October in most areas) we will offer batched pickups throughout many popular bird hunting towns and cities throughout the province. So if you would like to use our shop but you don’t regularly travel near Calgary – don’t worry – we’ve got you covered!

Bird pickups are planned for the following cities and towns in late October, with additional pickups further south (for late season Honkers) planned as well:
